Reading another blog yesterday I was hit by a sudden realization about the phenomena. Jess’s weblog is a bit more personal then mine. She writes about her day, what happened to her and the emotions stirred up by those events. It’s sort of like those confessionals on the real world. In fact it’s very much like reality TV. With blogging you can read about other people’s lives getting only the sanitized highlights. Which leads me to my conclusion; blogs are to the net as reality shows are to TV.
